Try Joel Russo. He is doing a Prairie dog gun stock for me. He has one of those CRC machines so he can inlet almost anything I believe. And he does nice work.

I just purchased a Savage 210 slug gun off gun broker to have a competition turkey shoot gun built out of. Does anyone if anyone makes a wood or laminate stock for this gun? Can I purchase a laminate varmint stock and use only opening the barrel channel some? I will not be using the ext magazine in the slug gun and really want to get rid of the ugly tupperware stock.

Well, if I was in your shoes, I would be calling Denny Tubbs, he specializes in competition turkey shoot Savage 210 shotgun builds. He sells some nice stocks, and is one heck of a nice guy.

Also Sharp Shooters Supply could sell you a nice laminate stock.
Thanks guys for your help What I am really looking for is a standard varmint style/contour stock. I looked at the ones Denny Tubb offers i do not want a thumbhole or benchrest stock same as with Russo but both offer beatuiful stocks. I like the McMillan stock but I shoot left handed and that puts the raised cheekwell on the stock on the wrong side and do not want to pay the higher extra cost in having them custom make me one. Maybe I will call Kevin at Stockade and see if the woodchuck can be inletted for the 210, anyone know? Laminate would just look better to me.
Got the shotgun in yesterday and did some measuring, looks like the actions screw spacing is the same as a long rifle action. Did savage make a low profile laminate stock? I guess it would be a 112 vlp?
Yes, they made one I beilieve. I think I saw on here a while back where someone did a stock swap onto a 210. Think it was a duramax.Originally Posted by jvshiver

Give Northlander a call he may have a laminate 112 take off for sale. If not I may know of one that is brand new and possibly for sale.
