Let me help out joe. What is you process for posting pics? Did you upload them to an online photo storage site?
I have a cheek rest that costs almost nothing, on and off very easily, and has worked for me at the bench for about 4 months. Pictures here are impossible for me. If you want to see it, pm me and I'll send a pic.

May I please have a picture or two?
Pics on the way to askers. This cheek rest is foam pipe insulation from home d., cut to length and slit and stacked. Held on with 1, was 2, rubber bands. For bench shooting and quick on and off for bolt removal/cleaning-it has worked great for ~ 4 months. For field use, maybe some double sided tape and you're in business.
I still have the picture.

Are you using a smart phone that is not so smart?
Hnts4fun are you goingto post them?
I had to refresh my picture posting skills :)
Well there you have it. Accuracy on a shoestri... Rubberband.
a couple ranger bands and that bad boy isn't going anywhere.
Zip Ties are your friend.
Unique Cases makes a pad for your comb that is attached by velcro. I have about 5 of them. I like that I can take it off to clean the weapon. Not trying to disparage the use of wire ties and such, but its only around $10.

Off in seconds for cleaning, on in seconds for shooting, good looking and almost free. No mailing required. Rubber bands do the job for me. In the engineering world this is called an "elegant" solution. Am I bragging? I'm normally exceptionally modest.

I use the same thing, except I use the non stick camo wrap. You can use it many times, it doesnt have any sticky adhesives. It looks "tactical" too. You can also use those long tubes used for swimming . They won't compress as fast when wrapped wrapped down.
