it is not the brass it is the load.. You took a load you worked up in a different rifle and now want to blame the chamber, then the brass when you should work the load up again. If the chamber is tighter the pressure will increase causing stuck cases, blown primers or hard extraction or any combination of problems. The only place to worry about a tight chamber is the neck. Measure your brass before and after being fired. You should have at least 2/1000 difference and more than that is not a real problem. If 2/1000 or less you will need brass with a thinner neck or turn your necks.
