Any of you guys ever paint a laminate wood i have a old one i would give a facelift
I have stained and cleared them.
This is after carefully stripping all the old material off, usually fine grit sandpaper and TLC.
I like using automotive grade epoxy clear.
You could prep and prime them if you wanted to use solid colors. I have never done it on stocks, but I have on other wood, furniture, etc.
Its a clear finish its a Boyds i want to texture it with texture paint
Just hit it with some 300-400 grip paper to rough up the surface a little so the paint will adhere well.

Thats kinda what i thought i have painted a lot of fiber stocks i thought i would be the same
