Go over to 24hourcampfire and PM savage62 and ask him where he got his made.
I bought a 200 in 300 WM from him and it has a real slick muzzle brake on it. Don't know where he had it made.
I'll try to take a picture of it and post it here
I have a stevens 200 with a standard 308 barrel. Id like to trim the barrel down 2 or 3 inches and add a muzzle break. What break do you guys suggest?? I'm not looking to add a "can", I just want to eliminate recoil and muzzle climb.
I know the Ak type breaks work really well, but what about the smith enterprize break?? There are so many differant designs! Kinda makes it hard to choose! LOL.
And pictures always help.

I was looking into the same thing with my 200 in 300 win mag. Please do post a pic when you can, Thanks!
For a very good brake which actually elliminates back blast to the shooter I would recommend; http://www.centershotrifles.com/prod...zle_brakes.php
Go to the video of Jim shooting his 7 Dakota and watch the gas print on the ground. Benchmark barrels make their own version of the same brake in that they have a lock collar which allows you and I to orient the brake without a lathe.
An audiologist set up noise equipment and there was only a slight increase of noise to the shooter over the same gun with the brake removed.
The brake was designed to elliminate the terrible back blast experienced from large case/powder capacities. It then was made in several different sizes for the small capacity cases so shooters could watch their bullets hit.

I've used many of the Harrell's radial port brakes. The way they drill the port pattern you don't need to time the brake to your barrel and they only cost $30. For my .338 Edge I did go with the muscle brake just because I liked the way it looked. Black barrel has the Harrell's brake and the SS barrel the Center Shot brake.
