When faced with similar questions, I usually consult a good reloading manual, like Nosler's, and choose a powder for the bullet weight that gives a high fill percentage (some manuals don't provide this information, but Nosler's does).
Also, I'm partial to Hodgdon powders due to their (relative) temperature insensitivity, so I also look at their site to see which one is appropriate.

If you don't currently have a manual, I'd buy one ASAP.
I've found IMR4350 and H4350 to work well for 30-06 in the 165-168 grain range.
