.223 Rem AI, .22-250 AI, .220 Swift AI .243 Win AI, .6mm Rem AI, .257 Rob AI, .25-06 AI, 6.5x300wsm .30-06 AI, .270 STW, 7mm STW, 28 nosler, .416 Taylor
I have had great results in both calibers with IMR-3031. I use RL-15 in 308 now, but I use 3031 in my 22-250 pistol and rifle. I have used it in 30-30 win. for over 25 years.
Any clod can have the facts; having opinions is an art.
Ace all I use is IMR4895 and have yet to find a gun that will not shoot good groups with it, from 223-7mm.I even finally found the right combo for a problematic 308( I HOPE ).

Do it today there maybe no tomorrow
i use 34grns of Varget with 52grn bthp for my 22-250.
For your 308 H4895 imo is hard to beat. I have never used it a 22-250, but I bet you could find a good load with it. IMR 4895 should work very well.
Varget for me....223, .243
Nosler list TAC 33.5 gr on a 40 gr ballistic tip as most accurate powder and most accurate load tested with TAC for 22-250
Nosler list 34.0 gr Varget as most accurate load tested with Varget for 22-250
Varget is my go to powder for both of those calibers.
A good wife and a steady job has ruined many a great hunter.
Got to agree with Varget. Also don't overlook B-LC2.

Imr 4064
i use varget for 223 and h4350 for my 6.5 CM
Always keep Reloader 19 around. Very good powder in lots of calibers....even the 6.5 Creedmoor.
I'd probably give TAC a try, since you already have 748 and Nosler lists TAC as most-accurate powder for the 22-250. Nosler's most-accurates (both loads and powders) have nearly always proven to be good recommendations for me. Great places to start, at a minimum.
Ace;
These work well for the .22-250, 6mm's quarter bores, .308 & .30-06, give Ramshot TAC, Hodgdon Varget and H-4895 a try.
I am a big fan of 4064 and 4895. You may also want to try 748.
