Any new action is likely to be a centerfeed. This limits your options very slightly, as more and more vendors are making stocks for this action.
The B&C Medalist Tactical would be my choice in a B&C for this type of rifle. My first choice would be an XLR Industries stock. Second choice would be Choate Tactical with CDI bottom metal.
Barrel choice goes to CBI (contact Jim Briggs at NSS here on the board); 1-8" twist, 22"-24" in length with 5/8-24 threaded muzzle. Don't forget an oversized recoil lug.
Get an oversized bolt handle.
A one-piece Picatinny 20 MOA scope base will be beneficial.
A T&T job from Fred for your action.
A good set of Picatinny rings. Forget steel; they just weigh and cost more. Burris and Vortex make the same style of ring (6 screw), and they work very well (both made of aluminum - I have both).
A couple of things:
One: an aftermarket trigger is gonna have a lot less overtravel than the Accutrigger.
Two: Get a detachable magazine bottom metal system made for AI- pattern magazines. CDI is one of the best. The XLR has it build into the chassis. You can get a package with the Choate and CDI from Tacticalworks. Jeff at CDI will inlet your B&C for you for $60 if your heart is set on the B&C. If you want to shoot tactical matches, forget the blind bottom...
Three: Alpha Industries AI-pattern magazines feed flawless, and I highly recommend them.
Four: You didn't mention optics; don't go cheap here. Vortex PST is what I run on my 6.5 Lapua, and for the money, they are hard to beat (even when compared to brands costing much more).
