Have you tried some 4/0 steel wool and cleaner? At most, their cosmetic and have no effect on function. You could also try a buffing wheel/polish rouge in a Dremel.
i have a savage model 111 .270 with accutrigger and jeweled bolt. while cleaning my bolt today i noticed that the bolt head and front baffle have like black flecks all over them. also on the bolt body there is like black dots a little bigger but not near as many in a straight line down it. none will come off with break free clp or scrubbing. please help me figure out what it is and how to get rid of it

Check the primers on your fired rounds to make sure that's not the problem!

not real sure what you mean. are u saying they could possibly be corrosive. All it has shot is factory loads. Primarily a brand called monarch
Bad primers or primers coming out of the case while firing! Could be a cause but a very easy on to check and rule out!
