I did the same thing on my 1st one. IRC pull the trigger back out and flip the part you have circled over.
Once you get it right you'll slap yourself.
I am attempting to install a new SSS Competition trigger and have stumbled on something I cant figure out. I need a little help!!
110 action, pre accutrigger. SSS-Competition trigger. I dont think the sear and trigger are engaging properly. What am I doing incorrectly here?

did you put the bolt in and see how it lines up when cocked?

The part I have circled came from SSS installed. I am reluctant to remove it and flip it over.
The bolt will not install, the bolt release will not retract, and for more info, the trigger will not move at all.

you many have the trigger pinched to tight. Back off the lock nut a bit.

Sorry I didn't mean remove it from the way you got it from SSS. Uninstall it and swing the hammer(or what ever it's called) a
different way. Once you get it right you have to thread the screw in as the holes are not quite lined up. That's the way they are made.
I know this may not sound right but once you get it you'll go, well Heck.
I think swing hammer is a great name!!
I have it removed and will play with it.
Got it. Thank you both.
Sean
