Have owned a few Savages over the years (including my trusty .22LR/20G 24V). Just picked up a 93R17 GLV for ground squirrel shooting. Will shoot it in factory configuration for a while, and intend to bed it in a Boyds Rimfire Hunter or Pro Varminter stock when I tire of the smallish OEM hardwood stock.

I plan to buy/build some 10/110 series bolt guns as time and $$$ permit. Keeping an eye out for inexpensive LH 10/110 series actions and/or rifles to squirrel away for future projects. Will likely do a HB .223 varminter (to replace the Remmy 788 that went away), one of the efficient/quiet little .19/.20/.22 wildcats based on the .221FFB and .30carbine cases, .308W and 6.5CR precission rifles, maybe a .338Norma or .338LM, and possibly a few others as well (especially if/when the family gets more involved in shooting). Most of this won't happen until after I retire...
