I contacted Weaver a couple weeks ago about a T-36 which wasn't holding groups any more. I told them that I bought it second hand and couldn't vouch for the original owner or how he treated the scope. They said to send it in with a check for $15 and that they'd take a look at it.

Well I got it back to day, and I very happy! They replaced the erector spring and pads which were worn. That explained the wandering zero. But they also replaced both front and rear lenses because they had light scratches on them (that's how I got the scope for $150). The scratches weren't even an issue, but the new lenses are super clear and bright, better than most of the new Weavers I've looked at!

All of this, and it only cost me $15 for shipping!
