Most all 30 cal are 1/10, some were 1/12 but to make sure always check with the measurements of the cleaning rod and tape measure method, to be correct.

I have an older model 110E with an E in the serial number. I believe this puts it in the mid 80's. It is chambered in 30-06. Any ideas on what the rate of twist might be? I can measure it myself, but am away from the gun right now. Thanks!

I think every 30 Cal. rifles Savage made came with a 1-10 twist. The only exceptions, maybe were some "rifle Silhouette" 110S models chambered in 308 and maybe they had a 1-12 twist
Thanks guys!
