The SN, front receiver T mark (after removing the stock) and barrel length are correct for a 99T. It's a rare model, and not a whole lot chambered in 250-3000. Unfortunately, the cut stock and drilled and tapped takes a bunch off value. The original sights on the T were very different and if still original, would be worth quite a bit to a collector trying to make their T correct. The original front sight had a red bead. The rear was odd-shaped with kind of 1/4 moon shape with a with vertical white line in the center. The forearm checkering on a 99T was different than all the other 99 models.
