Does anyboby have the correct torque setting for a model 12 target stock with 3 screw target action????????????
There isn't one.
I'm a firm believer in the theory that if it bleeds, I can kill it.
LRPVs in the HS Precision stock is 55-60 inch pounds. That comes direct from the factory.
Laminate stocks with pillars are typically 40-45 inch pounds if they are bedded, 25-30 if they are not. That is a generalization (ymmv).
In the 3 screw configuration, I find that having the rear screw 5-10 inch pounds less works well....
Good shooting....

I have always wondered about the 3rd screw? It seems like it could provide the potential for uneven stress or binding if not handled correctly?
I run 30/30/15
Trial and error maybe but i do 50 on all of them, I have tried differnt settings but I never see any difference, I kind of look at it this way, if glueing a action in to a stock is the best thing you can do then tight is good. IMHO

The above might be of interest
When I asked this - gods responded with finger tight.
