Trying to duplicate the Remington 308 managed recoil loads to make some deer loads for my 10 yr old. Stepping up from the 223 which you guys hammered me on last year for using on our small whitetails. The deer didn't go 10 steps with the 65 gr GameKing.... but that is another story.
Anyway, I have some 125 gr Nosler Ballistic Hunting Tips. Any recommended powders and starting loads to work around?

I have shot 14 deer over the past 4 years with a 18" SPR AR15 W/ Sierra 65's. I don't appologize to anyone for it. All were 1 shot kills. If I had shot them w/ a .300 Win Mag (which I have) they wouldn't have done anything different.
hodgdon has reduced/youth loads on their site.
they are using 4895, they report you can go down to 60% of max load

THAT chart applies to the H4895 ONLY because of it's burn rate.
IF you are going to use IMR, then you can't use the chart....
I would load 110 gr barnes TSX bullets over about 45-46 gr of H4895 or varget.
That is basically a starting load and you could use other powders like your IMR4895.
That should get you about 2850-2900 fps.
The slowest I would want to push a TSX would be about 2500.
That would be roughly 40-41 gr of H4895. I would not use any other
powder for loads reduced that much.
That would recoil about 8# which is nothing.
A 110 gr TSX at 2500 is devistating on game out to about 200 yards.
Great for deer and hogs etc.
I also load 110 gr Vmax bullets, slightly reduced.
I used to load the Vmax in a 7.62x39 at 2500-2600 and killed a couple of small deer with them
at close range. Both neck shots. Dropped them both so it works too.
Blew out a hole on the opposite side of the neck that was about an inch in diameter.
I have shot both H4895 and IMR4895 in side by side comparisons with 3 different calibers. You can barely tell the difference in most lots. If anything H4895 is on average slightly higher. Thanks for the warning, but they will interchange but I will have to add a few tenths more of the IMR. Remember these are reduced loads anyway....THAT chart applies to the H4895 ONLY because of it's burn rate.

Hodgdon only recommends youth loads with H4895.
I personally would not load IMR4895 in a very reduced load without talking to hodgdon.
They have them listed on their website.
In a slightly reduced load like a starting load or slightly under it would be okay I am sure. A lot of times they do weirds things like I read the other day that IMR 4227 was just the repackaged H4227 older recipe so who knows.
It would probably be a good idea to call Hodgdon first. They are great on technical calls.
