sweet rig!
I 've had the rifle for about a year now. It hasn't shot a group over 1"
Savage model 14 in .250-3000. It shoots the 90 grain Sierra's under 1/2"
The Burris Fullfield II 2-7x35 scope has the thick German #4 crosshairs and it completely covers the 1" target at 100 yards. I'm sure the rifle will do better with a higher magnification scope.

sweet rig!
That's a sweet rig. What more can a guy ask for? I have a hard time spending my money for any rifle if it ain't a crappy ol' savage. I just can't justify it. Between my roommate and I we have around 15 savages and all of them are .75 moa shooters or better(usually better) with nice handloads.
Send me a PM when you are ready to get rid of that non shooting barrel. I will dispose of it so it won't cause anyone any problems and I won't even charge you a disposal fee.

Looks like a nice rig. I also have a 250 savage and love it!
