Yes, you are overthinking it. But, you’re not the first, so don’t worry. If the bolt closes on the Go & doesn't close on the No Go, it’s fine. Just because it’s not doing precisely as another barrel did doesn’t make a bit of difference on a hunting rifle. Regardless if the Bolt only closes 10% or 90% it’s fine. Less closing on the No Go simply means it’s slightly less headspace. That’s all. You are GTG!
