I did have a gunsmith ask Why I had a Nightforce on a savage; I told him i was able to buy a nice scope with the money I saved on the gun and asked him why he was so fat.
To which he replied "that's none of your %@$* business"
I said "there you go, just do what I asked"
This from a dude that sells "only the best stuff" like Rugers and ported Mosbergs with folding stocks. GMAFB
Then there was the dude at the local retail plus gun store that he didn't see the need to have "entry level" guns in the store and "besides, don't you know they're all owned by the freedom group anyway"
A couple guys nearby chuckled
I called BS whipped out my hand smart phone looked up the information and read it out loud and explained that if he didn't know anything about guns he should maybe go work at a shoe store or something; Although it was a neat trick to verbalize from his posterior and he might be able to make a few bucks exploiting that talent. Stuff like that really gets me going, mostly though it's the fact that a minimum wage jack-something has groupies.
Lately though I've been hearing a lot of positive comments
