Hello Everyone, looking for a youth stock for my son.

I joined todat to research my Savage 110E .243 short action(first gen). I believe the screw distance is 4.522. I'd love to find a youth stock for it so my son can hunt with it. Any help is appreciated

+1 for Boyds but I wouldn't hesitate to take it to a competent gunsmith to have them cut down the stock. If you have a good chunk to shorten it, have them cut it so that you had two sections that you could add back later a piece at a time. Once he has grown, you can have them put it all back together with dowels so that it is solid again. By that time you might have him pick out a stock that he likes such as a boyds or a bell and carlson.
