FCP 10 - SR Accutrigger help
I managed to crack/breakmy Accutrigger on the left side at the thinnest point where the Accu-Release stub passes through the trigger. Based on the info provided here: https://www.savageshooters.com/content.php?274-Factory-AccuTrigger-Part-Numbers , I believe mine to be the 1.5lb Min Trigger Assembly, #105279.
I found a Model 10 SBA accutrigger assembly on fleabay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Savage-Accutrigger-Factory-Savage-Arms-Model-10-SBA-308-Include-Adjustment-tool/293498624400?hash=item4455e19990:g:Hq8AAOSwz8BeXYL o. Again looking at the accutrigger parts page I suspect this trigger to be of the 2.5 lb. Min Trigger Assembly, #105531, found on the run of the mill rifle packages.
My question is does anyone know if I can swap my 10 FCP springs (and what not) to this 10 SBA trigger assembly and retain the light pull I have now, or will it work at all?
Before other options (Timney, etc..) are suggested, I do actually like the idea of the accutrigger's added safety to prevent bump fires. So for at least the time being, I want to stay with the Accutrigger.
