They who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.
What's your favorite bullet?

When you find something you like . . . buy lots!

That's what I did with the Hornady 6.5 140gr ELD-Match. My 260 really likes that bullet lol

Accept my apologies, sometimes I rush thru the posts and should pay better attention.
I like 190 VLD's, they shoot just about as good. Berger 168's are awesome, I shoot in fields with plenty of wind, so I prefer the heavier bullets!
"Berger" is NOT my favorite bullet across the board!
It's what ever rifle I am shooting, and what it likes. I have a few rifles that like SMK's, and few that like Bart's, a few like JLK's.
My 6mm's & 6.5mm's for some reason loves SMK's!
My favorite hunting bullets are the Nosler Ballistic Tips, and the Accu-bonds!
The NBT's are just plain destructive!

About - *gulp* - 40 years ago I started loading a .222 Rem with the Sierra 1410 HPBT MatchKing bullet. I am still using that bullet in my .223 Rem. That's a pretty good run.

I am not selling, just showing my personal inventory!

My Sako loves the 190gr vld as well. My son shoots NBTs out of his 7mag and that is the most lethal deer round I have ever seen. It just plain kills them drt. Deer react to it totally different than any other bullet I have ever shot.

Like Robinhood, my 6.5 Creedmoor likes 142 grain SMKs.
It also likes Hornady 140 grain ELD-M and 147 ELD-M bullets.
I bought 2,000 140 ELD-M bullets and have already shot about 1700 of them.
With my Savage .308s, one prefers 155 and 168 TMKs and the other prefers 175 and 195 TMKs.
