Savage 223 4X4 rifle

This was a rifle build exclusively for big box stores, Walmart, I think. It is a LONG ACTION 223 and was built around 1998. Marked 4X4 on the bolt and had a 20 inch heavy barrel. Looking for somebody who has fooled with one of them. Will the bolt interchange with any 110 action? I like the TCU line of cartridges, use all long actions, and a bolt change would make the conversion simple. Saw one in the Classified and didn't move fast enough.
