    Savage Arms Series 11 Scout .308 Win

    I just got a 11 scout, mounted a scope, bore sighted, now I'm ready to go to the range. I carried the M14 two tours in Vietnam and have always been partial to the 7.62.

    Did my first tour, Hill 327, north of DaNang, May 1965 to March 1966. Second tour, Monkey Mountain, South of DaNang, July of 66, to June 67.
