Welcome to the Brotherhood :-)
The Hodgdon online data will serve You well. Just start low and work up.
My hornady manual doesn't show any load data for a 95 grain TMK. Does anyone have a manual showing anything. Thanks in advance

Will do thanks
My 9th Edition Hornady manual does not either. imrpowder.com data for .243 Winchester 95 grain bullet using H4895 is:
.243 (Load page states 95 grain Nosler Partition)
Case: Winchester
Twist: 1:10"
Primer: Winchester LR, Large Rifle
Barrel Length: 24"
Trim Length: 2.035"
H4895
COAL: 2.650"
Min: 33.0 gr (2,865 fps) 45,000 CUP
Max: 35.0 gr (2,990 fps) 50,700 CUP
Lee manual for 95 grain jacketed bullets is exactly the same as IMR's site for min and max charge using H4895.
I should have that right, but go to imrpowder.com and double check what I wrote, just to be safe. Hope that helps.
^ A search for imrpowder.com data ^ leads us to the Hodgdon reloading data site, the owner of IMR Powders, and Winchester Powders. H4895 is a Hodgdon powder.
I thought I was missing something. But maybe not? :-))
Hodgdon data shows using a 95 Gr Nosler @ 2.650 starting load is 33.0 grs @ 2865 FPS.
Max load is 35.0 grs @ 2990 FPS.
H-4895 will work with the 95 grainers but there are better suited powders for that bullet weight.
If H-4895 doesn't give you satisfactory results try one / some of the following powders....
H-4831, IMR-4831, H-4350, IMR-4350, Accurate-4350, IMR-4955, IMR-4451, Ramshot Hunter, RL-17, RL-19, RL-22, & Hybrid-100V
