Help me with what year my rifle was built

I have a 3006 model 110 bolt with serial number 4241. I can't find anything on this. I would like to know what year it was built.

Buried in the site is a list, for non letter SN

No Letter Prefix = made between 1958-1967

I would think that with a 4 digit number you are talking an original year for the 110, any idea how old it was or its history?

I bought it from a elderly guy who had a stroke ten years ago. Never thought to ask when I bought it. I was sitting in the stand and saw how low the serial number was so it got me looking into it. I use it as my hunting rifle and never gave it much thought. It even has a peep site factory installed with the relief on the stock. I have a scope on it now but still have the iron sites and peep.

You would think that it was in the first few months of production with an SN that low.
