    choate tactical

Hello all.I am new to this forum. So hello and hope to contribute in any way i can....
Quick question.I recently purchased a choate tactical stock for a savage 10fp,the action droped in as advertised. The only thing there the tang does not fit flush to the stock. Is this normal? And will it hurt anything?

as long as the tang "freefloats" it will not hurt anything.
