Looking for a 55 gr 6x45 light fps load

Trying to find a 2800-3000 fps or slower fps load for a 55-60 gr bullet in the 6x45 or 6mm-223 as some call it. Have IMR 4198, h322 AND A LITTLE RX7. For the shooting I do I do not really need over 2800 fps

Not sure who makes a 55gr 6mm bullet, but there is load data for a 60gr bullet in the Lee manuals, with one of the 4198's. Or extrapolate from the 6X47 data out of your Hornady manual.
I'm a firm believer in the theory that if it bleeds, I can kill it.

Nosler makes a 55gr 6mm, have a few left. Curious about the barrel, been thinking about the caliber for my striker pistol. I use all three of those powders in a .221 fireball with good results.

Have a Savage Axis changed over to the 6x45 about a year ago, Had a 1-9 twist because I was planning on shooting 85 to 105 gr bullets. To my surprise it shoots the light 55 gr and 60 gr bullet just as accurately as the heavier bullets. I just do not need the speed the lighted bullets give for my shooting, mostly paper. Why waste powder??
That is one reason all I need is around 2800 fps, fast enough for the few critters at 200 yards as well.

What barrel did you re-work? Didn't think a 6mm barrel could be re-chambered to the .223 case dia?

Should have said I had a 223 rem rebarreled to 6x45 , sorry about the misunderstanding.

    According to Quickload...

    24"bbl
    2.26"coal

    58gr V-max

    IMR-4198 : 20.5 gr = 2,924 fps (34,525 psi)
    H-322 : 23.0 gr = 2,887 fps (32,155 psi)
    RL-7 : 21.0 gr = 2,902 fps (34,442psi)

I'm using W-748 in both a 6x47 (6x222 Rem mag) and a 6 TCU (6x45 AI), with great results, but I'm shooting an 80 gr bullet from each.

For the 80 gr I have been using H322 with good results.
