I press the ejector in and drive out the pin with a another pin slightly smaller than the hole and about 1/2 - 3/4 inch long. I think I cut it from an allen wrench. Drive it thru with a few good taps of a light hammer. Once it's protruding a good ways, grab it with a needle nose plyers and pull it out the rest of the way. Then pull the other pin out.
