Battery operated TV need some advice

The storm passed us by, and went to check out my battery operated TV, screen cracked and TV not working.
I saw on Amazon this TV set, anybody could recommend good one that works!

The one you posted seems a best bet for an inexpensive model. I researched it because I found it interesting and may get one myself.

Then we would have to buy a quantity of batteries for storage.

Bought a supersonic for my sleeper on the truck and i can say with a sample of 1 that in my most humble opinion "THEY SUC" mine will get green bars across the screen after about an hour of being on. Have to change channel to get them to go away and they come back faster the longer the tv is on. Also was a 12 volt / 110 and did not come with the 12 volt cord. A phone call to customer service and i was told they would get a cord out to me. That was 3 months ago and no cord. If you ask me find something different, maybe at walmart or somewhere you can take it back without a lot of hassle of reboxing and paying for shipping or whatever.

For real? On an LCD screen? I never heard of something like that on an LCD screen. I guess there's something I don't know about.

Thanks for the heads up and sorry it happened to you. I guess we should get a higher priced model to avoid this.

On second thought, this couldn't be the screen since it goes away changing channels. It seems to be a tuner instead. That wouldn't be very good.
