    7mm stw

Does anyone have any info on a pre accutrigger 7mm stw? The gun has a 26 inch heavy factory barrel. Anyway i just purchased it for 450.00 and wanted to know if i got robbed or not. Gun looks like it has never been fired and sat at the gun shop for over a year and no one bought it.

I was looking about buying one off of gun broker earlier this year.I did some extensive research and could not find where savage ever chambered a rifle in 7mm STW. It was a savage barrel but had been rechambered and "overstamped",after talking with the seller. So I was leary of it... Thats my experience with this caliber in savage rifles.

Factory Savage Model 112 FVSS 7MM STW Blue action Stainless barrel 26" Varmint taper. Yes Savage chambered the 7 MM STW. Best shooting gun I own. Yes you did good on the buy, load, shoot and have fun.

This one has the matte finish like the l.e. rifles but is not a rechamber. I dont think its ever been fired. Anyway thanks for the input.

When the lefty 7 STWs were closed out, they went for $299 NIB.

But that has been a little while back.
