For a budget bedded rifle stock, the accu is unbeatable. I dont have 500 bucks for a McMillan plus the cost of inletting and bedding.
My accustock flcp in 223 is very accurate and holds zero.

This rifle went out of production in 2014-ish. The new version of the 12 FCV does not have the Accustock. If I could find an 18902 (the old model with Accustock), would it be highly sought after? Is the Accustock really that good?

Indy,,,,,, i cant imagine that gun being highly sought after savage has to have made 1000s of them,,,,, as for the accustock question i started a thread on that question in the past , never got a good answer either way , have both,,,,,,204 model 12 in savage current version and a 22-250 in the accustock version, one point one person made is the accustock may help heavier recoiling rifles,,,,,happy shooting
