    new bolt handle=accuracy issues

Just recently machined out a new bolt knob and threaded my stock axis bolt handle. My problem is I was shooting a little under 1/2 " moa groups and 100 yrds. Now I am about an 1" moa groups. Anyone know if just changing the bolt handle would cause me to have to re-work my loads? Any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Check for bolt handle touching stock. Relieve stock for clearance.

Reaper, what sets your accuracy is proper headspacing, bolt head flush and square to the chamber and a good not worn out barrel. I would be inclined to start looking at my scope mounts to see if anything is starting to loosen up, same with the mounts. The most likely problem is probably the simplest.
