Unfortunately, we didn't get a shot at either a Hog or Deer. I did see one Doe at about 80 yards, but she slipped thru the trees like a ghost before I could even get a shot. I think the thing that killed our hunting was the fact that in S. Carolina the Deer season had already started a few weeks before we arrived; and the Hogs/Deer were already well acclimated to people moving thru the woods. They pretty much were only moving during the night....stinks, but just spending time with my dad was good enough.
