I have not seen this noted anywhere in the forum before: Savage has the 10Rd MkII .22LR /.17 Mach2 Magazine in Stainless Steel. My MKII BSEV came with a 5 shot stainless mag but the gun shop told me the 10 rd only came in black. I asked them to check into it and they found them in stainless - ordered and received 3 of them today. They look much better in the all stainless MKII BSEV target rifle and I think they are heavier construction - at least they feel heavier (maybe all in my mind too!)
