I am curious about a set of photos that I saw this past week while I was on a cruise. They were black and white but had a glossy finish like they were clear coated? Also they were printed on metal that had stand to mount to the wall. The mounts allowed the picture to be set about an inch off of the wall and gave the floating effect.
They also had some that were printed the same but we're not on metal backing.
Anyone have any idea what this process is called and who does it? I have several trips of professional photos that were done on a Zip drive and would like to get them printed/mounted that way to make a collage.
Any help would be awesome.
