    Had a 300 blkt barrel for the striker and rifle, too much reload work, want factory ammo. Axis...I will not be ugly to say what I think of that "rifle." It was given away.
    A .243 will do anything the big bores will at 250 yards. And the 100+ grain 6mm bullets do fine in the 9 twist factory barrel, however, don't want to reload for this application.

    How well does a complete bolt exchange work? That could be a good solution. Have read here for years not to use different bolts, never tried it. I can spin on the barrels in 20 minutes.
