    barrel tist rate on 6.5 CM


    Building new 6.5 CM and needing to select twist rate. Will be shooting 140 gr berger target hybrids. Expected MVs in the 2700 neighborhood. I looked at bergers website and punched in some numbers and come up with 1 in 8 for stability.

    I wanted to check with others and see if this seems right before I have the barrel ordered.

    8 twist is perfect for the Creedmoor. Both my barrels have been 8 twist shooting 140s.
