Pepper, Isn't the MDT a standard buffer tube thread. If so then the XLR folding stock adapter needs to be looked into.

Does anyone know is the McRee folding mechanism will fit in the MDT LSS? I really like the LSS but I hate that the folding mechanism doesn't lock in the folded position.

The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.
Xlr doesn't lock in the folded positron either I don't believe.
I don't think any of them lock folded...the XLR does not lock folded.
The Mcree does lock in the open and folded position. Whether the parts are interchangeable is another question
hafe is that an extra option on the McRees or does it come standard?
Folding is extra. Standard does not have a hinge at all. I have one of each and the hinge is well worth the extra cash in my opinion
so the lock in folded position is built into the folding hinge on the McRees?
