Stevens Model 223 rem to magazine feed

Can I replace the stock with a bonds short action style stock for the axis and just buy a 223 rem magazine to make this work?

The Axis Action and Stevens action are not the same. You would need a M10 action with the proper screw spacing.

should be a drop in fit, but there are multiple options for bottom metal and magazine type. There's a good article on bottom metal types on the home page, but you could also talk to CDI about their bottom metal for AICS pattern 223 mags. The stock would have to be inletted for which ever bottom metal you choose.

From what I can find, I would need the bottom metal for a model 10 with the top bolt release and the trigger guard, this for the 223 type magazine? Correct?
