Using 223 Rem data for the 6x45 ?

Can I use data for the 223 rem. for a 6x45 if I stick to same weight bullets or bullets a few grain lighter?

As long as you drop the 10% and work up, you should not have any problem. You could possibly do the same with the 6mm TC/U data.
