    Accidental find..."Display" Savage M93 FVXP/scope, box, papers, etc...$259

Stopped my my local used gun place to see a friend, and saw they had a Savage .22 Magnum, still with the factory stickers on it. Had a 40mm 3 x 9 scope mounted and came with the box and all that came with it from the factory...for $259. I LOVE Savage bolt actions, love rimfires and love .22 magnums. I could not say no.

Just got it home and will put up some pics after I get it cleaned up. It was a display rifle in a regional Dick's Sporting Goods and never belonged to anyone, and is unfired....got the dark green plastic stock, Accutrigger, heavy bull barrel - fluted - and some kind of 40mm 3 x 9 that looks like it might be up to the job, already installed.

I don't shoot much any more, but I love my .22's and I am looking forward to this one!

Added: I find these sell for around $400, so I feel like I did good.
