Can accuracy issues occur when using small diameter firing pin (0.098" dia.) in bolt head made for large firing pin (0.144" dia.)? Wondering if the size difference allows the firing pin to do something to cause erratic ignition of the primer.

What the heck am I think'n. Its only the shank diameter differences at the step of the pin and it only goes as far the vent in the bolt head, past that the pins are the same diameter or close enough for government work. With that I can't see way it using a .095" in a .145" bolthead might not work.
