    Should I

Been looking for 260 brass the last couple months and all I can find is $1 each or more. So I decided to make some out of 308, the first thing I did was anneal it . Just sizing it down in one step and then run it through the second time with the pin in the die. Should I anneal again after sizing it or just load and shoot.

    No.

I anneal every fourth firing when full length resizing (over works brass)

I anneal every sixth firing when neck sizing only.

Annealing to much or too long will make the brass too soft.

Don't forget to turn the necks or you will have neck tension issues and very erratic pressures.

If I were going to make 260 brass I'd do it using 243 brass.

I anneal every second firing and most of the guys I shoot matches with anneal every time.

To much heat will make the brass to soft but annealing more often don't...it keeps neck tension more consistent.

Like stomp said make sure you turn your necks for at least .003 clearance.
