When I slide the bolt back to chamber a round my bolt handle is loose and will flip over to the other side. Can I fix this and how?
It sounds like you need to tighten the bolt in back of your handle to tighten it on your bolt assembly.The handle should not be able to move back and forth or turn side to side with out the whole bolt assembly moving.Have you had the bolt apart lately?

No I haven't had it apart and it still functions
Pictures would be nice.It would make it much easier to see what is wrong.
Is this a new rifle ? If so, the bolt attaching the handle may have worked loose. Realign the handle to its proper position and tighten firmly with an Allen wrench.
I had this problem with mine......after about the first 150/200 rounds, the attaching bolt loosened. I also put a drop of blue locktite and tightened it firmly.

Thank you I've been slammed at work and finally got around to being able to take a look at it and it was exactly what you guys said. All it needed was and allen wrench to tighten it up and its good to go thanks again!
It is affectionately known as the BAS ... "Bolt Assembly Screw" :-)
