I followed the link above and ordered the 5.5 mm one from amazon. Arrived in two days! And yes, it does fit nicely down the bore of my .223. I downloaded VLC and when I plug the camera into my Mac, the LEDs light up, but I can seem to get a screen picture. Guess I'll have to wait until my son comes home from college and show this techno-idiot how to use it.

Update: Gave up on the Mac and plugged it into my PC. Had it up and onscreen within 30 seconds. REALLY hate the Mac operating system….
Pushed the camera down the bore of my 223 but resolution was pretty pathetic. I got the 720P/30fps, 5.5 mm model and it really isn't up to the job of inspecting the bore. Minimum focal distance is listed as 2 cm. Not sure what I'll use it for, maybe take it fishing and do a little "hook and look".

Ok, figured out how to upload a pic. This is of chamber with empty brass. Camera head is about 3/4 inch away, minimum focal distance.

View of throat/leade lacks sufficient detail to be useful in my opinion

can someone else post a few pics? i got mine yesterday down loaded VLC and it dont work so well...mine looks like the last pic Texas10 posted through the entire barrel. i can see the copper but everything is VERY blurry...is part of the problem an older computer and monitor? i didnt expect it to look like a $2k scope but thought it would be a little clearer than it is.

My pics of my .270 after I shot it this morning. Now who can tell me what I am looking at in my barrel. Last pic is the chamber.

I found that I get better pic when I look at the bore in the dark or dim light,

did you have the light on the camera off or dim and a light source at the muzzle? also what program are you using for the scope? your video is much clearer than what i see through mine.

The light on the camera was fairly dim, and I was trying to block the sunlight coming in the muzzle using a white pill bottle. The bottle still left things pretty bright.

    I used VLC to record.
