    110 trigger

I recently bought a 110 FP in 308 and the trigger does not feel right.
Pull is just over 5 lbs with the trigger spring set at he loosest click (another half turn and it is slack). Also there is almost no travel and it feels a bit "crunchy".
    What should I look for?

Is it a three screw or two screw trigger? Either way you can replace the wire spring with one made of piano wire .040 or cut one from a Buzz Bait lure. You may want to polish the sear as well. That should produce a 3lb or better trigger. Worse comes to worse you could replace the factory trigger with a Timney, Rifle Basix or a SSS trigger.

Being that old it is a 3 screw I would think and there are tutorials on how to set them properly. Google it or go to the home page under the articles.
Willing to give back for what the sport has done for me!
