    older savage

Hi, my name is Mike and I traded for a savage today. Trying to find out a bit about it. The fellow I traded said it is a 112 fwss. And it was a limited run in the 90's. It has a 26 inch bull barrel, synthetic stock, is a single shot type, and is blued with target crown. I thought 112 were long action and ss meant stainless steel. My rifle is chambered 22-250. Nice rifle, the stock is'nt cheap like a 223 I got rid of a while back. Any thoughts on this. Sorry if this isn't the place to post. Thanks.
