Does anyone know what reamer is used for a 308 win on their Savage barrels? I have called them and they have not returned calls and I emailed them and have not heard anything from them that way.

Here's the list from their web site. The numbers in parenthesis are the neck sizes if other than "standard". Hope it helps.

Nope. I really need the print or the reamer they use to see a print.
I cannot help but show my limited understanding by asking, Why is this important?

I have had this barrel for a couple of years and it has only been able to shoot well with re formed 3006 brass to 308. I do not even have to turn the necks on the brass as the chamber is wayyyyyyyyyyy over sized. I may contact Shilen on this.
Sticking a 0.308" bullet into a 0.3125" hole. See how long that chamber is? What a joke! Then the lead has NO funnel.
I looked at the SAAMI drawings and now I understand. Thanks!
Tomme call and complain as I heard a couple years ago they were using reamers that were worn out of spec. That is why Jim at northland made criterion for example buy reamers that were right on.
Willing to give back for what the sport has done for me!
I am surprised to see that out of Shilen, but I guess as any production shop some will slip past QC. This is why I own all my reamers.
Shilen said it was right on Spec. Going to have it rechambered. Not by them.
