Sorry to hear about the neck. I am in the exact same boat. I shot about 36 rounds today out of a 338 Lapua then another 45 or so from a 223 and my neck has been pounding all the way up to the base of my skull.

I think you have a worse problem than I. My vision gets a little out of focus, but not hardly any pain. Just uncomrfortable and can't see the target clearly.
